NIC Phases - Improvement Testing

Improvement Testing is Phase 2 of NIC development. This phase follows Chartering, and lasts 1-2 years. The network is actively engaged in learning during Improvement Testing. The NIC builds an analytics infrastructure, improvement science capacity, and collaboration infrastructure to aggregate, synthesize, and disseminate learning.
